I am an EU 40 (US9) My feet are wide from my gently sloping stubby toes to my heels, and I have a sky high instep. I am 10.2cm at the forefoot, and my instep is 26cm in circumference. The size 9 Turned tab Ocotillos fit comfortably, but if your feet are as wide as mine, ask for the next size up tabs so they look nicer and actually cover more of your foot.
